Welcome to our exciting tour of Sierra Nevada!
We’ll start our journey from the heart of Granada and head to the Sierra Nevada Visitor Center, known as El Dornajo, located at 1,700 meters above sea level. Once there, our expert guides will provide all the necessary safety equipment (helmet and gloves) and give a brief introduction to the operation of electric bikes.
Our tour will kick off towards the stunning Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, Prado Llano. From there, we’ll continue towards the ski area known as La Hoya de la Mora, situated at an altitude of 2,500 meters. At this point, we’ll make a stop at a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy a coffee or other beverage, as well as visit the restroom . We’ll also take the time to rest and marvel at the breathtaking scenery surrounding us.

Embark on a guided electric bike tour through Sierra Nevada National Park, renowned for its exceptional geography fostering a wealth of unique vegetation and insects found nowhere else in Europe. Traverse through this natural marvel, soaking in the breathtaking panoramas from the ski resort’s vantage point. From here, feast your eyes on unparalleled vistas of Granada Valley, the city itself, and the neighboring provinces of Málaga, Córdoba, Jaén, and Almería.
While Granada boasts an array of man-made wonders, including Spain’s most visited monument, it also offers a chance to commune with nature, epitomized by Sierra Nevada. This natural gem, sculpted by the interplay of Africa and Europe, houses the highest peak in the Iberian Peninsula: Mulhacén, soaring to 3,482 meters (11,400 feet) above sea level.
Escape the urban hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature and fresh air in this pristine setting. Following a 40-minute transfer from downtown Granada, the tour kicks off at 2,000 meters above sea level, gradually ascending to the ski resort and its pistes at 2,500 meters. Along the way, revel in the opportunity to pause and relish the magnificent vistas and wildlife that Sierra Nevada has to offer. The tour culminates at the Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Snows, offering a serene moment of reflection.
Navigating primarily on paved roads, this tour is suitable for anyone comfortable riding a bike in an urban environment, promising an unforgettable blend of adventure and natural splendor.
Sports clothing is not essential although it is advisable to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes that allow ease of movement and we advise against wearing high heels or platforms, or sandals.

We live in Granada, surrounded by a wonderful environment composed not only of amazing National and Natural Parks but also of one of the highest mountains in the Iberian Peninsula. Take your time to take pictures or just enjoy the views; You can also exceed the limits of your electric bike, you decide! After about two hours you will reach the top of Veleta peak at almost 3.5 kilometers elevation and the reward is the unique view of Europe, the Mediterranean Sea, the Rif mountain range in Africa and half of Spain.
On the way back to Granada we will make a stop at the Sierra Nevada visitor center (El Dornajo1.650m)
